If it's 4 1/2 months, then, yes I think that's the right time to kiss. Are you wanting to make the first move or what!? If so, you have to make it right!! Wait until the movie and when watching the movie you look at each other either by laughing or whatever the movie is about, and when he looks at you, YOU GO FOR THE KILL SISTA! I dont know how old you are...but in my opinion, kissing in movie theatres is tacky and with movies being so expensive these days, you should watch it. Hold hands...it is intimate and nice at a movie. Kiss when you say good night.

if youve been dating for 4 1/2 months and havent kissed yet, then thats kinda wierd. but its completely fine to kiss. but i would never completely make out with toung in a public place. but a quick kiss is nice.

i think you should kiss like when youre leaving but be sure to restpect the people around you because its kinda tacky if you have to walk around a couple kissing or during a movie a couple kisses in the movies theatere. weither you kiss or not deffiently hold hands.
