at the end of the throttle body, left side of engine(u.s. cars)

It will be in the hose between the air filter and the air intake on the manifold IE throttle plate usally a one wire plug. The large hose coming off the airfilter box

It should be just before or just after the mass air flow sensor in the air tube leading to your throtle body. It has an electric plug connected to it.
