ok my best friend katy is friends with this other girl named victoria who is like, the tough girl type of girl and she gets in fights sometimes and threatens to beat people up and stuff. well anyways, katy is friends with victoria, and sometimes victoria gets mad at her for no reason and threatens to beat her up and stuff. she even stole katys boyfriend away from her. and when victoria apologizes katy just forgives her even though victoria has hurt her feelings a number of times. i think victoria has a bad influence on katy, and i don't want to see her get hurt again. i'm really worried about her. so how can i help her? and please don't tell me this is not my business because katy is my best friend and i hate to see her get hurt.
don't be mean please!!
thanks so much for answering!

I know you wanna help her and that's great, but this is Katy's battle. If Katy can't tell Victoria herself that she doesn't like the way Victoria treats her then you just gotta hope she'll eventually learn how to speak up when people disrespect her.
Encourage Katy to make the desicion that she feels is best. That's all you can do. NEVER get involved in a situation that doesn't concern you. I have been there and done that and it was a complete mess!! So yeah, don't get involved in the situation.

Victoria may just want power but still, it's safe NOT to test Victoria's limits because she could REALLY be serious and we don't want anything bad like that to happen.

Unless Katy is having weapons put out to her or has been hit by that girl or something...then you TELL a teacher and let others in.

My opinion, don't tell her straight-forward, she could easily take it the wrong way and think you're just jealous. Also don't tell a teacher/parent because things will get VERy ugly, trust me, espeically with this Victoria girl involved. It appears theres not much you can do at this time. My suggestion is that next time victoria hurts your friend's feeling be there for her asap 24/7 and let her know you're the one the cares the most and you will always be there for her. If she is your best friend (or smart) she'll realize you're the type of friend she needs. Also your friend may just be going through this phase, try giving her some space, but if that doesn't work, try the first suggestion. Hope I helped.

You might consider speaking to a teacher about it. Maybe Katy has been forced into this relationship by Victoria. It doesn't sound like a healthy friendship to me.

I feel ya it's okay to worry about your best friend, most frienda are back stabing and wouldn't care about each other problems like Victoria, just talk to Kat. and tell her that you don't want to see her get hurt anymore and she should just dump her as a so call friend, because anyone who threatens me I will neva consider them as a friend or still my boyfriend, that is no kind of way to treat a friend, their are only a couple of true girlfriends out their like you out their and you is a friend she need to keep

i think you should talk to her about it...she might just need someone to talk to about it and she might want to get out of it...but she could just be scared to ask for help and she might be scared of victoria...so my advice is to talk to her and help her out
