i am 12. there is no age limit so i can go trick or treating at 99 if you want. i cant find it anywear so please help me. rember it is titusville pensylvaina.

This is just a wild guess, but I'm going to suggest maybe, just maybe now, (don't hold me to this) it might possibly be October 31. Hope this helps.

i don't quite understand your question, what is 99 and what exactly are you looking for?
Trick or treating, if you want to know when to start, its 6:00pm thats when it starts to get dark and its when people usually get their candy ready
