like how can i do wat im told and share and talk really friendly to others?

to be a nicer sister, be there for her when she needs help. on work, or if she needs you to act as her cover. Be there for her when she gets into trouble, talk her through things, be nice, share clothes, buy her a nice gift.
To be a good friend/be friendly: be the first to approach someone and greet them with a smile and enthusiatic Hi. Offer help before someone asks for it. Be there to comfort them when they're feeling down , try hard to understand them and put yourself in their shoes. Joke around , laugh, have a good time. Making them laugh is always important

That's easy. Just think about how it would feel to you. When you are about to snap at someone, think about what you are saying and how you are about to say it and turn the table in your head. Would you appreciate someone talking to you like that? Would you like to hear what you were just about to say to someone else? If you have a patience issue with someone, then take time apart from them, so the tension doesn't rise.
