I've always maintained that brows should be naturally shaped...that is more like a cross-section of an airplane's wing with the aileron down.
The painted on arched eyebrow ALWAYS make women look startled and stupid.

Start from the top and arch downwards then when u get it where it need to be start form the bottom and do the same!!!

you have to be born with a arch eyebrow bone or else you cant get an arch.

They have a arching kit at a beauty supply, and they work really well.

Go to a professional and let him/her do it--otherwise you might end up with half an eyebrow on one side and a bush on the other.
