There is a friend of mine at work who I have tried to help but I need someone else's opinion. She lives in Nevada with her fiancee' and she is not to happy being there because he racked up her credit card and although she did authorize some purchases he took advantage of the situation and she is severely in debt. Her old friend, this guy Brian, from California told her to move in with her and they both have feelings for each other and he is willing to wire her money so she can come and live with him. She is torn because although she still does have feelings for her fiancee' she has fallen for her friend Brian in California. She is not sure if she should stay with her fiancee' and work things out and hope he changes or move back to California and be with someone who is responsible and will treat me completely different. Please give me some advise so I can help her. Thanks!!

He won't change. She needs to change all her pin numbers on debit or credit cards and anything giving him access to her money and leave.

Tell your girl friend to start packing and fast, because this is just the beginning of what this selfish fiancee is,
Because think about it, if this is how it is now and she thinks that she can help him, she would only be lying to her self.
This guy is a loser big time and one day ,
God for bid they get Married he is the one that will be also playing the Field with the Lady's, and her heart will be torn apart from this loser.
help her pack give her a big loving hug and get her on that airplane fast.
Because this guy is just warming up when it comes to spending other peoples money, this guy is a taker not a giver...so lets take out the Trash once and for all.

I'd say... you have 1 life. You have to go with your strongest feeling your heart is giving you, even though it is pulling you 2 ways. It seems inconsiderate to me, and disrespectful to me that her fiance would take advantage of her that way. Sometimes certain people are in your life that you think will be perminate, but they are really only there to teach you things, and to guide you more along the way. Maybe this situation has guided your friend to the place she is supposed to be. She has to think about her future when it comes to making a decision like this...to me it sounds like her friend Brian CARES for her. Yet her fiance didn't care when he used her credit card to drive her into debt. Little actions speak big words. Also..it may be scary for her, if she decides to leave this fiance of hers..but you never gain without taking a risk. If God brings you to it...he'll guide you through it.
Take care

Well if she feels better with this guy Brian then she should give hima try. Obviously her fiancee' is not responsible and not treating her well then she should move on and make her life with someone else.

Move on with this friend. If her fiance is racking up her cards, that should show her what kind of person he is and how he's going to be in life.

I think she should go to California. (Unless the guy she is with now is going to pay off her credit card.) I really don't think it will get better where she is now. It may for a while but not permanantly.

I say move out, but take anything of his that has any value to at least try and get some of your debt back.

wow, sounds like she needs some counseling to help sort out her feelings. if the guy in california is willing to wait for her to get her stuff straightened out then allllll rightttt! sounds to me that she needs to head west.
