There are already too many people in the world. We don't need another form of reproduction. Also, wealthy people may have clones of themselves to use as organ banks.
On the other hand, it would be a way for women to have babies without men, in case men suddenly disappear.

Because a cloned human has no 'family' history and unless I'm a twin - I sure don't want to have another me showing up at my work and confusing everyone.
