It is a 351M extra modified for about 410 Hp. Its a Ford Ranger, but about the same size as the F150 of that time. The truck left a Mustang "in the dust" (car got a head start too) and at 70 m.p.h the truck threw your head back as you stepped on the accelerator

A stock mustang GT is about 250 to 300 hp at the most, so it's already in the hole compared to the truck.

The size of the engine is only one component of speed. You would need alot more information to make this determination
