Call your phone company and they will block it for you.

You will have to call your telephone provider and ask to sign up for call filtering service. Depending on your provider the control commands may be different.
Just make sure to ask them when you sign up. Here, you would use *60 to specify a number you want to block or ask for call privacy which would force callers to identify themselves.

buy a new card for your phone if he is calling your home phone number call the phone compnay to set you up with new number

if you are being harassed make a police report immediately... sound like a stalker, contact a battered women's shelter and ask to speak with a counselor, maybe she can give you advice specific to where you live.

press *67 before you dial from yours; but if you want block his there is no way! He has to do it himself.
