So say im pregnant, and I havent been to my 1st appt yet so i really dont know whats going on in there. If its a stillborn(but i think its alive) would I still have preg. symptoms?

i was pregnant for 2 weeks and had my period as normal then all of a suddeni taught my heart was beating too fast check with my GP and to my surprise I am 12 weeks and had no idea see your GP

At the very early stages, if the pregnancy doesn't survive, it's called a miscarriage. Most of the time, if that happens, you'll have cramping and bleeding.

With a normal pregnancy, early on you don't notice much of anything (unless you're a puker like me). Relax, go see your doctor when you have your appt, and enjoy your pregnancy.

if it weren't alive you would have very bad pains. you should get to a obgyn so they can do a pap and other tests to make sure everything is ok.

If the baby had died you would most likely be bleeding. You would know if it was dead. and no you would not be having morning sickness and other stuff like that

the body will usually expell a dead fetus.
