Yes. Flat chested or small breasted woman can get breast cancer too. Cancer is mostly genetic, so if it runs in your family you may be also at risk. So weather you are an A or a Double D you can get cancer.

Yes, because all breasts are made of the same types of tissue no matter what size they are, and cancer is when there is uncontrolled growth of cells that forms into a tumor that may spread to different places. It is rare, but even men can get breast cancer. (They have a very small amount of breast tissue under their nipples.)

Getting breast cancer has nothing to do with the size of the breasts. It has to do with family history among other things that may contribute to your risk.

Anyone can get cancer. My 46 year old brother is a 2 year servivor of breast cancer.
Get regular checkups and check yourself monthly.
