Well it's this girl and she lives next door to me...well i always here here crying and yelling STOP!!STOP!!STOP!! in her house while i'm outside. It really hurts my heart. I have no proof but my brothers play with her outside. For instance..one time she was playing with my brothers and followed them to a friends house. Her dad asked me if i knew where she was and i said follow me. So he got in his car and swerved over to where i was with her. He meanly told her to get in the car then they went home...i followed. WHen they got in i snuck in their yard behind his car and i heard her screaming and yellin PLEASE DONT..IM SORRY STOP STOP!! I jus sat there and cried and now i'm asking u...what should i do?????

You should report this to Child Protective Services. It can be done anonymously. When one of these outburst is going on call the police or sheriff to report a disturbance.

More than likely the police will contact the appropriate authorities so they can assess the living situation.

Report it anonymously asap. Even if it turns out to be nothing in the end (doesn't sound like it though, from your story), at least you'll be able to sleep at night knowing you did your best. Most likely, the girl will not tell you if she has/is being abused. I have worked with the Casey Family Foundation and with other high-risk children, and I know that most of the time, they won't tell you exactly what is going on upfront.
It would be horrible to have it escalate to a higher and higher level. Besides, you won't get any kind of penalty if it does turn out to be nothing. It doesn't hurt to try-- go with your gut feeling. Sadly, these things go unreported too many times, until it is too late.

toddler abuse. i think of basically loser gain this. attempt to think of abuse a toddler till the youngster is ineffective. i'm no longer conscious of intercourse abuse. notwithstanding, in Sarawak various women were rape via their father and brother. this type of incident additionally disturb me. first of all how old is the girl and if she is above the age 5 dont do it....i know you probably dont understand but they will take her away from what she knows even though it probably seems like shes in alot of pain it will hurt her worse to be put with people she dont know just think about both sides before you do anything foster care hosts are not the greatest people in this world......

if a child is being abused legaly and moraly its your job to report as such, even if your not sure, do it just in case your right. if your wrong then your wrong.

i think in our state its illegal to not report child abuse...most of all think of the girl...she probably doesant report it herself b/c she is afraid...and if you were her wouldent you want someone to help you? deifinately report it and talk to her...tell your parents right away.

ask the girl if her parents hurt her and if she says ya then tell the police.

you don't have to give your name when you call children's services just report what you have overheard and seen-they will investigate.
