What is really a business-like e-mail address? What are the rules? Could you give an example? Is it more important that your address is business-like (like tracyjohnson or tracy.johnson or tjohnson) or which company is your provider? The examples, please!!! Thanks a lot

Are you asking business like or professional like?

A business like e-mail address would vary according to what the business is. For a business, a good domain name is important. A domain that would reflect the nature of business. For example, tracy@1800flowers.com.

A professional like e-mail address could be any of the ones you suggested or something that reflects your trade. For example, johnson.webmaster. Most providers are fine, i.e. comcast.net, earthlink.net, yahoo.com, gmail.com, aol.com etc.

Best wishes.
