Howdo all...I am from Hull aswell...so you know that I know the answer. Actually I dont think Karoo are that bad. They are a bit expensive but most of the time all works smoothly & our phonecalls are cheap.
Are you going to upgrade to the 8Mb in Nov?

Because anyone who lives in Hull (like me) is prevented from using any other internet provider as they all require BT phone lines. As we are stuck with Kingston Communications it means that karoo have a captive audience, even though they deny it

Because you have a Kingston Communications phone line, and not a BT line I am guessing (as it appears Karoo only service broadband to Kingston Communications customers).
