How strange to have to compare these two cuisines- they have nothing in common!
This said, I'll choose Chinese, only because I know the cuisine better. Also for me, being sensitive to corn and wheat, Chinese is a healthier choice.
I'm about to explore more authentic Mexican dishes, so I'd like to reserve the right to change my mind after this. ;-)
P.S. To try both cuisines at the same time, check out the Bright Food Shop in New York City. It is a diner that serves Chinese, Mexican and Jamaican influenced diner dishes.

Chinese any day!
It's the most ancient, refined and potentially the most luxurious cuisine in the World; they've been working on it for 5000 years for Pete's sake!
Try Not to order several dishes at once and pile bits of them together on a plate. Eat small dishes one at a time. Drink tea; it's wonderfully complimentary to the food and aids digestion. Beer is OK too but its hard to choose a wine - ideally you would have a glass of red and a glass of white at the same time!
