Neon is a noble gas. It's valence shell is full. This means it doesn't form compounds. Check it out for yourself

Neon doen't form compounds, this is why it is used in neon lights.
If you are pretty sure there are some neon compounds, they must be arcane; check th Chemistry Handbook.

Neon is extremely reluctant to bond with anything, but some ionic compounds can be formed with argon, hydrogen and helium...although they're pretty unstable.

I don't think Neon bonds well with other elements. It's found in its elemental form as an inert gas.
