I meant it. I would never say that if I didn't believe it were true. Except one time, but I told the girl I didn't really feel that way, but she was so in love with the idea of being in love that she just wanted to hear me say the words, which I refused to do until she...persuaded me.

Most people just tell each other they love each other just because it makes them feel better, I feel as if you don't mean it don't say it, if they say they love you and you don't think you love them back just say I care for you but TRUE love haven't built up yet. If you don't mean it please don't say it because you can hurt alot of hearts that way.

If you love..than it's okay.say 143 Don't say this when you are in emotions,think at a cool mind and than decide.On the net many girls/boys always says Love you..But it's a net.are you talking about net b/f or g/f?

it depends because some pplz feel pressure to say and some pplz say it cuz they mena it.
