You have to find out where they are entering and leaving from. At the Rose Garden in Portland there is an autograph spot right before one of the parking entrances where they park the buses.
Look for the buses and see if other congregate near an area.
Also... wwe.com announces where some wrestlers are scheduled to make appearances. You can cue at said designated spot and get an autograph if you arrive early enough.

Most wrestlers show up at around 10:30am-1pm so arrive around that time, some will just walk past you and others will stand around and chat with everybody, it just depends on the wrestler, dont expect to get autographs from HHH or meet any of the McMahons, they arrive in limos and go to a different spot then all the other wrestlers. if you wait outsideand know where to stand.some of them will drive out and if you're a pretty girl they'll take pity on you,if you ask respectfully.in '97 i was with friends and my cousin we got a few autographs outside MSG.and it was awesome.until my BIG 6'5COUSIN stole the three that i had,and some pictures as well after some were stolen where i used to drop off film.BUT...SOME WRESTLER'S THINK THAT THEIR **** DOES'NT STINK AND EVEN IF YOU SAY HELLO THEY LOOK AT YOU LIKE YOU'RE TRYING TO STEAL THEIR THUNDER OR SOMETHING! some are nice though.

We met 75% of them in the parking lot. Go early, stay late, but most of all...be polite. Even if you hate a character (edge), he signed for us and talked, because we were nice. Ask questions about their personal life. We talked to Lita about her dog, Al snow about roller coasters, lillian garcia about practical jokers backstage, and I made Batista laugh when we said our baby better not look like him or my husband will get suspicious!
Compliment them from afar, and they might come over to take pictures. It worked for coach. (funny guy, great sense of humor).
It is hard getting the big names like McMahons & HHH, HBK who ride into arena in limos together.
Funniest scene. Kane, Viscera, Rosey and snitsky squeezed into 1 car!!! I think Eugene drove!

thanks jen2. i never thought of that. i did get rvd's at waffle house(not when he was eating) and a picture with him. and he is one of a kind!
