he will need a good lawyer, but he's a multimillionaire basketball player. in reality, he will not see jail time. get probation or community service. look what ron artest did in 2004; did he go to jail?

I'm a pacers fan and I don't think he'll go to jail but he should so hopefully he'll look at himself and actually behave a little bit like the other guy said look at the Ron Artest incident he just got suspended but he'll just get a fine and probation but hopefully carlisle will do something to make him realize his actions

Probably not - he didn't break the law from what I've heard. But you'd think that with all the problems pro athletes get into at bars, especially strip joints, that they'd learn & make better choices. Makes you wonder why 3 out of 4 of them were carrying - legally. If you're living right there's no need to be armed.

he should..he could off klled some one shooting in the air..the bullet does have to come down..yes he does and should get the max..

I dunno. But if it was up to me, he's definitely going to jail. He's just too much trouble.
