Walmart is for everything it seems like. Yes I am for gay marriages. Anyone should be allowed to marry the person they fall in love with.

What does it really matter? It decreases the surplus population of the world which is highly in need of a bit of thinning don't you think?

As for Wal-Mart publicly announcing they are pro gay marriages....it's just a marketing ploy since gay couples and just gays in general play a large part in American consumerism. It's the latest fade to be gay so everyone is jumping on the band wagon hence the increase in household GDP with gay couples...more ppl are gay than straight anymore. *shrug* Wal-Mart could care less about gay or straight marriages they are just looking at their bottom line since they had a bit of a slump this year.

Personally, I totally despise Wal-Mart. But the fact that they are for gay marriages, my hat is off to them.

From what I can figure, only people that are homo-phobic and insurance companies are against gay marriages. I am for gay marriages--if two people love each other they should be allowed to care for each other and share incomes, health insurance, and retirement benefits.

It's not for me but I don't want to tell other folks who they should love. Therefore, it doesn't bother me and it might even make America a bit stronger-- since when is love a bad thing?

I personally believe marriage is a dying institution, a bad idea except for the ultra-religious. We see the divorce rate steadily climbing. But if others want them, why not? All people should be equal under the law. And we know there is no separate but equal. Yes. Let gays marry.Mayor Newsom had it right. He may be a bit too young, too strident, but on that he was dead right.

Since I am not a gay person, and I'll assume you are not either, then it shouldn't matter to us what gays do. Since it does nothing to harm us straight folk then let them marry for crying out loud!

I think that the only people who are against gay marriage are closet homos who are jealous that the openly gay people can find true happiness and their sorry a,sses are doomed to a lifetime of mental torment and anguish. That's the only reason I can see for any straight person to not want gay people to be married.

Wal-mart is a very conservative corporation run by some very conservative people. I doubt the board of directors is ready to embrace the gays.

I'm all for gay marriage, but I hate wal-mart for various reasons.

I think it's wrong to deny others happiness, even the ppl that love Wal-mart's cheap crap. If it makes them happy to stand in long lines and deal with the horrible number of kids that run wild.

Who am I to deny them?

People who are against gay marriage are sticking their noses in other people's business. I try not to get involved in things that don't concern me, but sometimes, somebody's gotta stand up to the bad guys. That's usually when I get involved.

Wal-Mart never told me about that. Anyway, marriage is between opposite sexes only. But I see nothing wrong with homosexual people celebrating their monogamy with a ceremony.
