I started my period at 12 and had incapacitating cramps for the first day, every month. I missed school because of them quite often. My period was average. The cramping with my period vanished after I had my first child.

I think I was around 10 as well, horrible cramps, sometimes heavy sometimes light. Birth controll pills helped with the cramps. I also never got onto a regular cycle. Now I'm on Depo and don't have to worry about it anymore...

14, somewhat heavy on the first day then pretty light, I only get really bad cramps every couple of months or so. I always get cranky a couple of days before and my lower back will start to ache so I know its coming.

14, very light, no cramps (I'm on the pill, but I only had cramps once even before I started it... lucky, I know!)
