why is the computer always "buffering" when I am?

trying to watch MTV overdrive...it plays for like 5 seconds, then "buffering", plays, buffers, plays, buffers...
what should I do??

Possibilities.

Problems...
1) Your internet connection is slow!
2)Your Computer has lots of spy/adwares.
3)you never clean your disk

Solutions...
1) Get higher Speed
2) Buy Spysweeper. it's simply the best on the market.
3) to disk clean go to Star - All Programs - Accessories - system tools - disk clean up. And follow the instructions.

either you dont have enough bandwidth or you are doing to many things online at the same time. good luck
