if he likes you and you like him then you need to definetly go out with him. theres no excuse. other girls like him probably because the same reason why you like him. but who cares? don't worry about the girls and go out with him.

Hey if you like him and he is hangin all over you snag him up before the other girls do.....or......you can play hard to get and make him want you more!!! It does sound like he wants you so yeah he likes you.

I say go out with him, because it donesn't matter what the other girls like because he likes you and he is not playing them any mind. So put your fears aside and go for it because if you don't later on down the line you will be wondering what if.

ummm, if you like him and he keeps asking you out, then whats the problem? I assume if you like him you WANT to go out with him, so why would you want him to stop asking you out? obviously he likes you, say yes and get on with it
