That memory is slower than the memory that the board uses, so it may or may not work, but I would not recommend putting it in. The model number you need to buy by Kingston at that size is KVR533D2E4/2G.

go to crucial.com they are quite cheap and the site runs a system check on your computer to tell you what chips are compatable
