I've been at this a long time, and a props master often.

Craft them yourself,, or delegate that to subordinates. IT'S a PROP/THEATER/ACTING!!!! The audience truly won't analyze the reality, and at best the front row is 30 feet away from the stage if there is an orchestra pit.

As for the other items,,, it sounds more a job for a catering staff unless it's use is ONSTAGE it shouldn't be your issue,,,unless you're in a venue which has you responsible for catering to the whims of actors.

Admittedly, as a Props Master I have supplied bottled water, and even in an Opera venue had to purchase food stuffs, but only for use in a performance.

I'm curious to know more about how your "duties" are defined.

Dollar General and Family Dollar have western toy sets with sheriff's badges. Also some dollar toy guns have them. They're not rusty but maybe you could "paint" some rust on them.

From the Rusty Sheriff's Badge Store? Come on, kid, Google! You may have to get fake ones someplace and "rust" them by soaking in water.

I don't know where you live, but in England you can go to a toy store, buy new badges and stick them in vinegar and after a few days leave them to dry. If they haven't disintegrated they will rust

no possibly it somewhat is a ploy.... touch the badge thats attack on a police officer then you definately would be arrested, arrests equivalent stable artwork... stable artwork gets the sheriff a shiney NEW badge.... think of roughly it lol
