I have Toyota corolla 2000. Is drive belt different from timing belt.
What is purpose of both them.,

The drive belt is external and drives all the external items like alternator, waterpump, air conditioning compressor. That is the belt that you can see.

The timing belt is hidden buy the timing belt cover. That connects the engine crankshaft with the camshaft. If the timing belt breaks, you can wreck your engine because internal engine parts may collide. You should change that according to the Toyota recommendation. (75,000 miles?) That is not a do-it-yourself project generally.

your timing belt is connected from the crank shaft to the over head camshaft and keeps your valves in time with your pistons the only other belts you might have is for accesories like altenator power steering and a/c

yes one drive the cam/cams from the crank the other (drive) runs your power steering alternator and a/c
