Too late I am sorry to say.
The prisons are full and the accommodations are not that bad. So, if you go to prison and it is not like in the movies where you work like dogs all day and eat crap food then hey, you'll see your friends and be out soon to create more problems.
I believe that you go to Death Valley put up a huge fence, many guards, out 200 miles from no where. Have some cattle, seeds, water and shelter. The guards don't stop the fighting they just keep the prisoners inside and let them have at it. Done deal.

find something else to do like go to a movie , go rollerskating, do something nice for someone like mow a old ladies lawn and rake her leaves that will keep people out of trouble and make them a better person too instead of them hurting people and property too

a lot a violence comes from guns....so i think just somehow make it illegal in your area to own a gun....somehow.....if its possible. :-)
