If I even considered waking up my wife, which I wouldn't because it would be an inconsiderate thing to do, she would be so pi%$## off I probably wouldn't get any for a month. It is better at night though, why I don't know.

Could it be that he is more relaxed in the middle of the night. If so give him a nice relaxing massage when you go to bed followed by sex then he might sleep through the night.
If that is not the cause then you need to talk with him rather than with yahoo answers, it is surprising how many problems can be remedied with openness and honesty.

There is a condition, similar to sleep walking, where the 'sufferer' initiates sex with their partner dispite not actually being awake. Most people can have this once or twice, but for some it's a frequent event!

myby because he is dreaming about sex and when he wake's up he has a big you know what..and you know what a man say's cant waste a good H*R*ON..but waking you up is a bit nasty am sure he could just pleasure himself

You are not alone. Mine does it too.
Selfish git, he knows I cant get back to sleep after, while he just rolls over, farts and is snoring within minutes.
