Brandy Manhatten made with 1and 1/2 oz of Brandy to 1oz. of Sweet Vermouth. You can double that up depending upon the size of your cocktail glass.
Put an olive or cherry on a cocktail stick then place inside of the drink. It's also pretty good with a drop or two of cherry juice. LOVE THIS ONE!!!

The ultra stiff ice cold martini: Plymouth gin-5 parts, Noilly Pratt extra dry vermouth-1 part, crushed ice, dash of orange bitters...
like a drop...lemonrub a huge martini glass, that has been left on ice, shake martini shaker w/ gin and vermouth and bitters furiously,strain and pour...add 3 massive olives. No more than 2 martinis allowed.

They're really good if you put all of the ingredients plus ice in the blender and make a frozen Chocolate Russian.
