Easiest is nslookup or dig

From a command prompt:
nslookup
set q=mx (q is short for querytype)
too.com (the domain you want to check)

Get result as:
too.com mail exchanger = 10 www.too.com.
www.too.com internet address = 203.174.72.70

First line gives the domain mail exchanger name or ip address.
The number after the equals is the priority for the server.
There can be many servers handling mail - the lowest priority server is tried first. If several servers have the same priority then one is selected pseudo-randomly.

Go here: http://www.dnsstuff.com

Type the DNS Lookup field at the top of the right hand column. Set the record type to MX and click "Lookup". This is what you'll get:

too.com.MXIN3600www.too.com. [Preference = 10]

too.com.NSIN3600zns01.data-hotel.net.

too.com.NSIN3600zns02.data-hotel.net.

www.too.com.AIN3600203.174.72.70

zns01.data-hotel.net.AIN3600203.174.65.4

zns02.data-hotel.net.AIN3600203.174.65.68
