How a junior high Kid get a AK47

I believe that in most instances, police should NOT shoot to kill. They should be good enough marksmen to bring a perpetrator down without mortal injuries. That kid probably got the gun from the internet. Everything is for sale on it.

The police should shoot to neutralize the threat. If this means he dies then thats the students problem. I think the kid by bringing a loaded assult rifle to school and firing it shows intent to commit murder.
I'd love to know where he got the AK, I'd buy 2 if i could

He bought the AK-47 after the Republicans let the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban expire.

his parents had it. they said it was their right to have a machine gun. I think police should be able to shot and worry about gettign sued later
