if you are using internet explorer, go to , then < internet options> and click on

go to the history icon, looks like a clock, or press Crtl=H. then right click on the day and click delete

or if that doesn't help, go to internet options and delete all the cookies.

cookies are tracking software that gets downloaded each time you go on a website

with a registry cleaner, but i cannot think of a free one which has such a command. Add and remove programs will leave pieces of them . What you can do is delete all the connections you can think of, using add& remmove, and get a free reg. cleaner, like easy cleaner, which will then delete the empty shells.

or you can go in to you control panel go to performance &maintenance and free up space then go down and defrag it all.but do all that other stuff first.
