I'm a college student in Canada, studying science major. I'm gonna do my second year soon, but still dont know which career field i'm more interested in... Electrical engineer, civil engineer or mechanical engineer...
Can anyone give me some advice?

Boy, I am a vocational counselor, and I would encourage you to actually interview (look up informational interview) individuals working in each field. Here is more information on Informational Interviews

What do you like to do? If there 2 subjects where you like to major in, then do a double major.

Any science field combined w/ business is always good.
