"people" like things organized....putting people into categories goes along with this
PEOPLE ARE ALSO JUDGEMENTAL, because they have these fantasies about being perfect themselves

Because when people are pointing figures at others...no one is pointing at them.
Its a magic trick... for example: "I'm a jerk so I am going to make fun of someone else so no one will notice that I am being a jerk"

for some people, stereotyping is a learned behaviour. for others,they are small minded.i am asian. i have been subjected to racism a lot of times. i agree with you stereotyping is aggravating.
