Umm,....gravity!! It's the rotation of the earth pull....everything is pulled to the center of the earth! which is why boobs sag down in old age not up, and floppy ***** go down not up....lol....
The dog is probably jelous of your hot ride so he wants to mark it as his own. Not to worry it's a compliment!

Depends on where you are. If you are down under (in Australia) rain is falling up to us but down to Australians.

Hair can't float up because of gravitational pull but you can use a lot of gel.

The reason why your dogs crap in your car is because you don't relieve them before you get in, or you don't give them a break while driving. Maybe they are scared my your erratic driving. Or maybe you just didn't teach them.
