During the Old Kingdom, especially the 5th Dynasty, the sun god Ra was especially prominent.

During the Middle Kingdom Amun was beginning to rise to prominence and by the New Kingdom, Amun and Ra had been united into a single deity.

Isis was of importance due to her relationship to Horus, especially as the king was considered the "living Horus." Hathor, often associated with or considered an aspect of Isis was also significant.

These deities were significant as "state gods" - deities that were associated with the central government. Other deities were worshipped on the local and personal level at various periods.

There were several important gods/goddesses in Ancient Egypt. Re, or Ra, was the sun god and creator. His great-grandson, Osiris, was the King of Egypt, and eventually Ruler of the Dead. Amun was the king of the gods in the New Kingdom, replacing Re/Ra as the creator. He became known as Amun-Re. Amun's wife, Mut, was a mother goddess whose temple was at Karnak. The moon god was Khonsu, son of Amun and Mut. Osiris' wife and sister was Isis, a relatively unimportant goddess. After Osiris became Ruler of the Dead, his son, Horus, became the King of Egypt. His wife, Hathor, was goddess of love, beauty, and joy. Anubis, another son of Osiris, was god of the dead. Sobek was the god of water and was married to Renenutet, harvest goddess. Ma'at was the goddess of justice and truth. Thoth was the god of wisdom and scribe to the gods. Finally, Khnum was the creator of humanity, a potter who crafted mankind on his potter's wheel. These are but a few of the many gods/goddesses of Ancient Egypt, but are the most important.

It wasn't that one was more important than the other, they all had different "jobs" and meanings. The ones that the Egyptians valued most were Ra- the God of the sun, and Anubis-God of the afterlife(dead). Bast(Cat Goddess)Cats weren't considered a god, but they were sacred animals(they were also the gaurdians of the under world). Selket, (scorpion Goddess, and helper of women in childbirth), Sobek (Crocodile God) was also important.

There were 3 major deities. The god of the underworld was Osiris. When a pharoah died he became Osiris and controlled the annual flooding of the Nile. Osiris's wife was Isis. She was the major goddess. They had a son Horus. The pharaoh at the time was considered Horus. When that pharaoh died, he became Osiris and the next pharaoh became Horus. It was like a cycle.

Isis and Osiris, brother and sister and parents of the Egyptian people. Egyptians had many gods/goddesses but these two were the most important. They had another brother, Seth, who killed Osiris and cut him up into pieces. Isis found the pieces and put him back together, except for his penis.

loads of gods were important in Egypt so it's impossible to answer properly, but Ra, Aten, Osiris and Ptah are good for starters for gods, and Isis in particular for goddesses.
