We would get back on track and maybe we would stop being hated by the ENTIRE freakin' world.

There would be more social programs, much higher taxes, more restrictions on business... So it would be harder to find a job and you would keep less of what you made.
But there would also be closer to equal rights for gays and lesbians. And the right to choose an abortion would be protected.
On the war front, the US would be even less effective as the democrats waffled back and forth about pulling us out of Iraq and probably Afghanistan. Iran would develop nukes without anyone to stop them. The North Koreans would be bought off, giving them more time to make more nukes.
Was that the answer you were looking for?

I believe that would really depend upon the person who is elected. All candidates have different agendas. If we elect someone far to the right then the changes with be to the far right, having great effect. If we elect one to the far left again great effect. Elect elect on centered, maybe no changes.
But any change is better than what we have today.
Yes, everything is spelled correctly in your question.

if our government was LED (not leaded) by a Democrat, there would be an emphasis on the needs of the middle class and poor people in our society and less emphasis on tax breaks for millionaires and multi-million dollar corporations.

Increased taxes, economic collapse. We would be at war with Iran, Korea and Iraqi, possibly France. Stock market would suck, gas would be $5 a gallon. Our kids would be paying higher tuition, groceries would be higher and lets not forget heating would be at a higher cost as well. This is just at the top of my head!

Not significantly. Abortion and other domestic issues haven't really changed under 6 lousy years of Bush, and his foreign policy has been awful. The Democratic Party will not put someone earth-shaking and innovative on the Presidential ticket, but another party hack like Gore and Kerry who coouldn't even beat Bush. They might win, but it won't help.

The economy would tank; we'd bug out on all our commitments; congressional pages would be buggered across the landscape; taxes would go up, up, up; the whole world would suck and we'd surrender like the French. PS Take a few classes, will ya?

Taxes would be increased, freedom of speech would be compromised and we would retreat from Iraq. I am sure surrendering will not embolden the terrorists
