It is still private property, so what are you whining about? Yes, they can put out their political signs. You do not have to patronize their business.

Don't see why not. Our country is based on many freedoms, and one of them is speech.

However, when my apartment complex posted an ad for a candidate I didn't like, I let them know. It's one thing to advertise your own opinions, but to advertise assuming someone else's is another.

Yes, as long as they are the required distance from polling places. Why not? The business owners have the right to express their views if they do it legally.
