Well, you look just fine, so your feelings must be coming from somewhere else. Self-hate is usually a feeling associated with guilt. Whether the guilt has a reasonable source or not is the key to getting past it. Search yourself for anything you've done that you genuinely feel was wrong, work it out with a counselor maybe, and let go of it. If it's just a non-specific negative self-loathing, it probably comes from negative programming (usually goes back to childhood or a long-term relationship). In this case, you need to just practice building yourself up with positive self-talk until a new pattern of healthy self-esteem evolves. I know that's a quick low-down, but I hope it helps!

When are you going to learn that you can not live your life by what other say or think about you. There is no valid reason for you not to like yourself for there is nothing wrong with you. The way mankind man thinks, And the reason why they do what they do is because they have been program over many years to think and do things that way. I have just taken a look at you and think you look like a nice person. Are you feeling depressed at the moment ? What is going on in your life to make you feel this way?
Why not make a list of all the good things in your life, people you like, friends,family. Take a good look in the mirror and smile, get into the habit of looking for the good in people .Everyone has something in their life that has not gone as well as we would have hoped, but try to find the positive in everything you have done.It will be hard at first,but tell people when you are feeling down ,you will be given help if you find courage and ask.Good luck.

Stop listening to what the media tells you you should look like, most of the people that pimp that trash are insecure self loathing emtpy souls. Media only tells you to look a certain way so you'll by their stuff, you still look the same, but you feel better inside, if only for a short while.
At least you don't look like Rosey O'Donnel or that Asian guy who sang "She Bang", that was one ugly mf'r.
