In which English country can I have a better life condition? Where can I find a better job(something to do with English because I have no other skills)?

Definitely Canada, UK, then a lot of Europeans speak English as well.

If you are from a former English colony, I would opt for England. Canada and Australia would follow. If English is your only skill, you may find it difficult to go anywhere. There are some nations looking for those who speak English to assist in teaching English. China is one. Companies will pay your way there to recruit you. Look up indenture and you will get how it works. My youngest has done that for 5 years now.

although india is not purely english speaking country but about 60% of educayed indians communicate in english and job opportunities in india are enormous as it is one of the fastest growing economy in the world and a emerging it power

Depending on where you are from, your education and what you have to offer, New Zea land is a good bet as it appears to be seeking people. i would not recommend you tell the Kiwis that you are going there because its easy .

It depends on where you are from. If you are from the MId-east forget about the USA. I'm an American, but I would say the UK or Canada.
