Sometimes people "get mad" when they are actually afraid. Praying during that long breath you should take before speaking can really help. (Nehemiah 2:4) Remember, being angry is not necessarily a sin. (Ephesians 4:6) You just want to be effective.
Other things that work for me are: Getting a drink of water, or excusing myself and going to the restroom, or (this one is the best) gathering more information about the situation from the person who is so aggravating. Sometimes it's all just a misunderstanding!

no it never works ... ahh .. but for while mind goes another side but suddenly madness came back so when ever u go mad just think about GOD ...!! its the bestest way to controling on ur madness ...!! 1o1% true
