It's just my nipples my breasts are not sore. I do sometimes get the sore nipples but 2-3 days before my period.

I think you have sore nipples. If you're that far out on your pregnancy odds are implantation hasn't even occured yet, meaning your body hasnt' even started to excrete pregnancy hormones or prepare for a baby. Relax and test if you miss a period.

Well usually sore nipples is one of the first signs of pregnancy but you are still 10 days before your period so relax and take the test after you miss your period thats most accurate.

You have mammory glands around you nipples. Could be that it's actually the glands that are swollen and sore for some reason. Should probably ask your gyno.
