Depends on your weight, your gender (men metabolize alcohol faster that women, as a rule) and whether or not you're eating, too. It also depends on what kind of time frame you're talking about. Having three glasses of wine over a three hour period with dinner will result in a much lower BAC than three glasses of wine in the space of 45 minutes with no food (the latter will likely have you in DUI territory, while the former probably won't.)

One thing, how old R U even?? 1 of anything can impair U!!! Ever see the ad about buzz drinking? & if ya drive, U smell like it! Mostly to a cop! $$$$ Stay at home if ya drink, I learned my lesson all too well. ! beer at a friends, then I left, crossed the center line on the road when I was making a left turn & caught a cop in a bad mood!!!

If you have 2 drinks or more you should not drive. It seriously impares your reflexes and common sense.

That can get you a DUI.
