is this correct? "Why I chose Computer Networking" I just want to make sure its correct, I am very bad at grammer. It is a headline for a slide show. thanks for you help

Your sentence looks correct: chose is the past tense of the verb choose but I would capitalize Chose if all the other words are in capitals.
Grammar is often difficult but you could use spell check/grammar check, which comes with Microsoft Office software.

Yes, it's correct. You have 'I' as the subject and chose as the verb.
But if it's the Main title of the title page, you can just say Computer Networking

You may want to capitalize "chose" so that it fits the rest of the title. Otherwise, it is grammatically correct.
