Why on earth would you want to? But that's a question, isn't it?
My two daughters (each with 4 children) live 100 miles apart, and take every opportunity of visiting each other, or even spending holidays together when it can be arranged. And I'm always welcome to join them, but this is the one time when I stay out of the family circle, because they don't want an 85-y-o to be worrying about all the time.

1/2 of all marraiges end in divorce
I recently became a foster brother to a boy and girl whos mother I used to sell dope to. Imagine that.
Their mom and dad are not interested in getting them back, I can't imagine how that must feel.
Family is all we have as far as each other goes.

All families need quality time...but we has people need time to our selves also...i guess it all depends on how much time your talking about...some people need more or less time.you must not enjoy family time? maybe suggest something you enjoy doing when your together...sometimes family can be over whelming when together i know mines is at times...good luck..****
