why can't i get java to download on my computer?

it may be on there already,if so you may need to delete it to download update; Try this 1st;and if it does not work.go to my PC click on disk c,windows folder,highlite java folder and delete it then download java.Doing this will let you know if you already have java..i use these settings for getting in all games;

You need java for games,but not to open them,if you have microsoft VM. go to start button,settings,, control panel open internet options advance tab,scroll down to see if microsoft vm is there if so unclick the 2 java listed. You cannot chat in yahoo anymore except on table and in lobby.
