Internet criminals are no ghosts. We know how they do the theft of identity. Does anyone out there care enough about the safety and security of internet to the extent that they are willing to partner with us?

If we can find commited partners, You see , they always get away because computer does not have the capacity of crooked thinking outside it's programming.
