Turn the mower on its' side. On the under carriage you will see a small "plug". Like a pipe plug. This is the oil drain plug. The next part is tricky,,,,, loosen the plug just before it comes out. Get some kind of pan to catch the oil. You will have to remove the plug (quickly) and set the mower back upright over the pan to catch the old oil. Replace the plug after all the oil has drained out. Replace the plug securely and refill with oil. If you don't know how much to put in. put some in and then check the dip stick. Keep adding till you hit the "full" line. The uneven cutting may by be due to the fact that you have the wheels set at different heights. Make sure they are all set at the height for mowing. There should be small levers to move them up and down. Make sure you have all the wheels set on the same "tooth" on the lever. Good Luck!!!

Never turn it on its side unless the gas tank is empty, and you are going to drain it out the filler.....

To access the lower drain plug (which may be a square nut, or a recessed square requiring a socket wrench (without the socket on) to get it....
lift the mower off the ground, just enough (can use bricks, etc) to slip a pan under it to drain it.....

as for the blade... make sure the blade itself is put on right...., some have keys you must set the blade onto...
If you have hit something with the mower...., it could be a bent crank (what the blade attaches too) hopefully not...
But do check the wheels and mak sure they are set at the right level..
Replace the air filter once a year....., for oil choice.... use a HD-30 weight above 40 degrees f outside...., 5w-30 or 10w-30 below 40....
or 5w-30/10w-30 synthetic all year round... change it every 25 hours for maximum engine life.
oh and btw, this engine should take 20 ounces of oil max...

There is usually a square pipe plug in the bottom of the engine to drain the oil. You get to it from underneath.

I would check your wheels to make sure they are all on the same setting if the cut is uneven.

if it doesnt have a drain plug on the side of the engine, typically a quarter or half inch nut, then possibly your model to require to tip it and drain it from where the oil went into....

also the blade evidently making it uneven, its the tires that are uneven probably

If you cant locate the drain plug, you can turn the mower on its side and drain oil through the oil filler stem.
