You're onto something, as what he's doing is a form of bribery. But I don't think the people of NK will ever revolt against the regime. There are a lot of death/labor camps set up all over that poor country for anyone who so much as whispers a negative comment abou the government.

O they arent faking it trust me there not the person that would destroy South Korea is CRAZY! I bet if he even sets of the bomb or mistile whatever he has planned it might hit California and if it does I think thats the end of the world because then we would bomb them then all the smoke and junk in the air will polute the earth and then hopefully you know what will happen next... death...so count youre blessings every day!
