You're onto something, as what he's doing is a form of bribery. But I don't think the people of NK will ever revolt against the regime. There are a lot of death/labor camps set up all over that poor country for anyone who so much as whispers a negative comment abou the government.

O they arent faking it trust me there not the person that would destroy South Korea is CRAZY!
